EVERY WEDNESDAY - Over 60, lonely and fed up? Join The Mackworth Evergreens Club with meetings every Wednesday at the Diocesan Centre on Prince Charles Avenue. Members enjoy Bingo, Raffles, Tea & Chat on a weekly basis. Adnission only 80p. We also have themed Teas & Daytrips. Everyone welcome!
EVERY WEDNESDAY - Mackworth Live at Home Cafe Morning. Join us on Wednesday between 10.30-12pm at the New Community Centre (transport can be provided). EVERY MONDAY - Derby Ladies Barbershop Chorus. Started nearly 30 years ago and now with over 20 members. Being able to read music is not required as we learn our songs from tech tapes. We do singouts,and concerts locally and are always looking for new members. From 6th September our practice nights are at the Community Centre. For further information contact Janet on 01332 773 089.
